This consists of 9 major sections, which are:
Project Integration Management
This includes the processes and activities needed to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate the various processes and project management activities within the Project Management Process Groups.
This is divided into subsections titled:
- Develop Project Charter
- Develop Preliminary Project Scope Statement
- Develop Project Management Plan
- Direct and Manage Project Execution
- Monitor and Control Project Work

- Close Project
Each of these is covered by three areas, namely:

Only the Development of the Project Management Plan does not have an ‘Output’.
